With more than a decade of accounting and financial leadership experience, James (“Jase”) brings a deeply interpersonal and high-level advisory approach to his role as Controller and CFO Advisory Director at Peller & Company. He is known for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies that help business owners make confident decisions at every stage of growth. His work spans budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and performance analysis, giving clients across a wide range of industries a comprehensive and trusted financial partner.
James earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina. Before joining Peller & Company, he played a key role in guiding two regional firms through a major merger, designing and implementing the integrated accounting systems and controls that supported their expansion and long-term sustainability.
